Also o: I think maybe he didn't say anything because he maybe didn't get a good look at what actually was going on and what's the use of saying "I saw it sort of but not really" when your answer to 95% of subsequent questions will be "I DONT KNOW" D:
I'll be honest, I love it when you toy with our expectations. Re: Jerry learning the truth.
As for Corey, I think the reason he hasn't come clean on what he knows is because he fears he might become the prime suspect himself.
I mean if you think about it:
• He stalked Jerry
• He lied about his whereabouts
• He was on bad terms with Jerry
• He was there when it happened
And, if it isn't that he's afraid he might become Jerry's prime suspect, it might be because he did something unscrupulous with either Rob or his Girlfriend.
Agreed.
There are real cases when for example neighbors knew about anything horrific going on and refused to report it because they were either scared of being labeled as part of the process or simply scared of the killers/abusers. If Corey just wants to protect his hide then I guess that is understandable although they were really good friends. Hm.
Or he really did not see much and his answers, as the first comment pointed out, would boil down to "Dunno." which would not exactly work in his favor.
Makes you think how good of a detective Vic is. While I think it is obvious she first asked the family and then friends, she DOES snoop around the involved more than around others...
Yep! Not crazy at all! Honestly, anything involving survivor's guilt is just as probable as the next idea for now. It is really POSSIBLE because of POSSIBLY something else.
I guess it started with how Dylan started acting. Under different circumstances I would just say he said a lie enough times for it to be true and he believed it himself but... he was convinced he killed Jerry and even admitted "good riddance" to himself. So I figured he went for the "I did not kill anyone. I killed the problem." approach BUT!
His recent behavior and legit looking confusion is just... WHAT THE HELL REALLY HAPPENED BACK THEN!? Aaand we are just getting trolled :D

Am I crazy in still having slight suspicion that Dylan DIDN'T do it and he's got some survivor's guilt thing going on?
Moth
