DYLAN: Sorry, dad- Just Dylan.
JAMES: Oh, I- thought he might be back. I’m sorry, did I wake you up? Sorry. You haven’t… haven’t seen your brother, have you?
DYLAN: No, Dad.
JAMES: It’s just he’s not in his room, so… I guess he’s still out. Anyway, I think I’m going to take a nap. If he calls you, you let me know.
[He won’t call.]
JAMES: And when he gets back, wake me up.
[He’s not coming back.]
DYLAN: Sure, Dad.

You know when there's a page that just won't look good no matter what you do and eventually you're just like eh
good enough

Not sure if I'll carry on with wed-sat updates or go for weekly instead, we'll see how I burn through me buffer

The more I hear the more I realize that "meh... good enough" is the mantra of many professional artists and illustrators. Sometimes stuff just doesn't turn out the way we want.

Looks fine to me.

It's so easy for things to not quiiite match up to the way you visualised them. But at least nobody else knows how you visualised them :P

If they DID know how it was supposed to turn out we'd ALL be screwed. All of us.

I love the beginning of this more than the last one, keep it up!

The original beginning had zero planning, so I'm glad this one seems better :')

"Sorry. Did I wake you up?"

Does… does Dylan typically sleep in the bathroom?
