Technically, Cail and Dylan have met—if not exactly had anything resembling an exchange. In any case, Dylan wasn't around when Cail introduced himself.
That said, to me it makes sense that the undertaker's daughter is here if she's here with Cail. Though, I haven't the slightest why he's here.
