A nice deserted bit of town
is anyone alive in this city?

For someone who claims to hate working with the color blue, you certainly do a smashing good job with it.

Also, it looks like Dylan has his say on where he belongs on the 3x3 grid you posted on Twitter.

Thanks!
I don't know, going here's not too stupid. got a couple of hours of daylight left, what's the worst that could happen? :D

Right. If Jerry is a schemer then he is either REALLY good at it or actually is not one. The choice of this place is believable. It is somewhere where a killer could hide. Sure.

This IS more dangerous for Dylan because it is easy to forget people only see him alone and acting pretty weird when he is talking to the air or looking around.
And why would you go to such a place alone?

Ya. I have a bad feeling about this.

Dat purple coat tho. Where do I get one? My blue and navy blue coats are getting old :/

At least there doesn't seem to be anyone around at all! seems reasonably safe to me ;)

I don't know, purple seems like a weirdly hard colour to find for coats. I only ever turn up Joker cosplay things.

This is a really nicely composed page in every way, so I hate to mention it, but it looks like the buildings that Dylan & Jerry are standing next to in the long shot (middle) are a little short by comparison to them. Is it just me?

I'm beginning to get the impression that either this town is -really- odd, or Dylan is the one who's dead, not Jerry. It's a very curious story and I'm enjoying it, partly because I'm not sure what's going on yet. :)

Made the boys a little smaller! I had the same issue on the next page too, it's pretty easy to overlook when you're working on the whole thing :<
thanks for noticing!

It's a ghost town in more than one way...

I didn't expect you to change the image, but it does look more properly scaled now, and believe me, I completely understand how you could lose track of one detail while doing the whoe composition. I REALLY like that scene though, particularly how it is both an all encompassing background/frame and it's own panel. I've seen other artists use the effect, but this is definitely one of my favorites. You have a wonderful style, Moth. :)

Doesn't every town have areas with empty streets of abandoned storefronts where you could be attacked in broad daylight with no witnesses? And police who might not bother coming if you call for help even if you're only a couple blocks from a police station?
